EXTERIOR WATERPROOFING

An interior drainage system is installed under basement floor and the installation entails digging a trench along the perimeter of the interior foundation down to the bottom of the footing. Filter cloth is laid with three inches of drainage stone, holes are drilled, then a weeping pipe is installed and tied into a sump pump. The trench is filled with drainage stone followed by a layer of filter cloth. Cracks are sealed on interior walls using hydraulic cement. Waterproofing membrane is installed on interior basement walls down to the base of the slab. Lastly, the slab is repoured.
